Where can I park?

Both branches have free visitor parking for the first two hours. Accessible spaces are right next to the main entrances, and the emergency drop-off zone is open around the clock.

What are the visiting hours?

Visitors are welcome every day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, two at a time per patient. Intensive care and the neonatal unit have their own arrangements – please ask the nurses’ station.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We work with most major insurance plans and offer clear self-pay prices for check-ups and consultations. Call our billing desk with your plan details and we will confirm your cover before your visit.

How do I get my test results and reports?

Most results are ready the same day. You can collect printed reports at the front desk or read them in the patient portal; your doctor will call you if anything needs attention.

What should I do in an emergency?
