This Privacy Policy explains what information Healora Hospital (“Healora”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only; the care you receive at our hospitals is covered by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, available at every reception desk.
Who we are

Information you give us
We only collect what you choose to send through the forms on this website:
- Appointment requests: your name, contact details, date of birth, the department or doctor you choose, a preferred date and time, and any note you add.
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the subject and your message.
- Patient portal sign-up and login: your name, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth and a password.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, CV and cover letter.
Every form also sends the address of the page it was on, so we know where your message came from.
Health information
Please do not send detailed medical information, test results or images through the contact form. Information you include in an appointment request is used only to arrange your visit and is handled by staff who are bound by medical confidentiality. Clinical records are kept in our hospital systems, not on this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you send to answer your question, book and remind you of appointments, process job applications, and improve our services. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising by other companies.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. Embedded content from other sites – such as maps and videos – may set cookies when you load or play it; those cookies are governed by the provider’s own policy (Google Maps, YouTube).
Analytics
If we add privacy-friendly analytics, we will measure visits in aggregate only (pages viewed, rough location, device type) and will update this section with the name of the service.
Who we share it with
Form messages are delivered to us by a form-processing service that acts on our instructions. We share information with other parties only when the law requires it, or when you ask us to – for example, sending a referral letter to another doctor.
How long we keep it
Messages and appointment requests are kept for up to two years, job applications for up to one year, unless you become a patient or an employee, in which case the relevant records rules apply.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Write to info@healora.com and we will reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
